Documents needed for an New Business Loan
Personal Tax Returns

Submit for all owners, partners, officers, directors, guarantors, and stockholders with 20% or more stock ownership. Provide complete copies of all schedules for the last three years.
Business Plan and/or Feasibility Study

Submit all accompanying documentation pertaining to the Business Plan and Feasibility Study.
Pro forma Balance Sheet

Submit a pro forma balance sheet outlining the equity capital and loan proceeds as well as the balance sheet position at the start of the business.
Documents needed for an Existing Business Loan
Personal Tax Returns

Business Tax Returns

Submit complete copies of all schedules for the last three fiscal years.
Business Plan and/or Feasibility Study

Documents needed if seeking a loan for Real Estate Purchase/Construction Costs for an Existing Business
Purchase Agreement

Submit a signed contract for any real estate purchase.
Construction

Submit copies of plans/specifications for any proposed construction along with any projected costs.
Refinancing

Submit either a copy of note or Deed of Trust on the real estate to be refinanced.
Appraisals

Submit a copy of the most recent real estate and/or tax appraisal.
Documents needed if seeking a loan for Machinery/Equipment Purchases for an Existing Business
Purchase Order/Invoice

Submit a copy of the purchase order, invoice or quote from any machinery or equipment to be purchased.
Refinancing

Submit copies of notes on equipment along with a complete listing of all equipment.
For Buying A Business (Acquisition)
Purchase Contract/Agreement

Submit a copy of a signed contract with purchase price.
Seller's Financial Statements (Current and Past)

Submit copies of the seller's current Balance Sheet and Income Statements, dated within the last 45 days.

Submit copies of the seller's past Balance Sheets and Income Statements, for the last three fiscal years.
Tax Returns

Submit copies of the seller's Business Tax Returns for the last three fiscal years.
