Purchase Contract/Agreement
- Submit a copy of a signed contract with purchase price.
- Submit copies of the seller's current Balance Sheet and Income Statements, dated within the last 45 days.
- Submit copies of the seller's past Balance Sheets and Income Statements, for the last three fiscal years.
- Submit copies of the seller's Business Tax Returns for the last three fiscal years.
